The DeKalb Park District has many facilities that may be rented by the public. The "Rental Facilities" section contains different pages featuring facilities available for rent. Below is a brief description of the facilities which will help guide you in what facility would best fit your needs.
Overlooking beautiful Hopkins Park, the Terrace Room is our premier banquet facility. Holding a maximum of 200 guests, most events in the Terrace Room are wedding receptions. The Terrace Room also is great for business meetings/socials, birthday parties, and other events. You are free to use any caterer. The Terrace Room also has a liquor license and operates a full service bar.
Located at the River Heights Golf Course, the Clubhouse plays host to a variety of events throughout the year. Holding a maximum of 160 guests, the Clubhouse is great for golf outing lunches/dinners, and parties or banquets big and small. You are free to use any caterer. The Clubhouse also has a liquor license and operates a full service bar.
Great for picnics and family reunions, the Park District has three shelters available for rent April through October. Shelters are available on a first-come-first-serve basis beginning the first business day of March each year.
