Cardio Toning
Cardio and toning intervals designed to strengthen the core, glutes and thighs. Designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, many moves can be modified for all. Be prepared for an intense class that moves quickly and challenges you!

Core Focus
Keep your workout routine "centered!" Strengthen your core, abs, and obliques while improving your balance with and intense 30-minute core workout.

Power Yoga
A fusions of Pilates and Yoga-like moves promote calorie burn, strength, core conditioning, balance and flexibility. Your body and mind will thank you.

Stretch & Cardio Blast
This class focuses on raising the heart rate while building endurance and muscle. It is an all-around conditioning class that is appropriate and can be modified for all levels.

Tabata can burn over 13 calories a minute and up to double an individual's metabolic rate for a half hour after the workout. Couple it with another class, or add it as a standalone. This class involves short intervals, less than a minute, working large muscle groups.

Come join the party and shrink everything but your smile. The instructor leads you through easy to follow moves that energize your body and spirit. Forget about the workout and move your body to a mix of international, Latin & pop music.

Water Exercise

Jump right into this class and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water exercise classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level.

Tuesdays: 5:30 - 6:30pm

Benefits.... There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class. Water also creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Couch-to-5K Running Program

This is a great program for beginning or aspiring runners at any age. An 8-week
running plan is provided and structured to help you gain strength and cardio
endurance to achieve your goal. Classmates help support you and provide
accountability. Participants will receive a discounted entry fee for the DeKalb Park
District "Independence Day 5K" run held on the 4th of July. (16 yr olds and up)
