Fitness Flex Pass

Cardio Toning
Cardio and toning intervals designed to strengthen the core, glutes and thighs. Designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, many moves can be modified for all. Be prepared for an intense class that moves quickly and challenges you!

Core Focus
Keep your workout routine "centered"! Strengthen your core, abs, and obliques while improving your balance with and intense 30-minute core workout.

Power Yoga
Burn fat and rapidly tone without high impact pounding or complex movements. Whether you're just starting on your journey to health and fitness or an excelled athlete, this class will challenge you and change your body. Expect to elevate your metabolic rate and see a stronger healthier "you".
Stretch & Cardio Blast
Focus on raising your heart rate while building endurance and muscle. It is an all-around conditioning class that can be modified for all fitness levels.

Tabata can burn over 13 calories a minute and up to double an individual's metabolic rate for a half hour after the workout. Couple it with another class, or add it as a standalone. This class involves short intervals, less than a minute, working large muscle groups.

Come join the party and shrink everything but your smile. The instructor leads you through easy to follow moves that energize your body and spirit. Forget about the workout and move your body to a mix of international, Latin & pop music.

The Park District reserves the right to cancel a Fitness Flex Pass class offering or one-time class due to low enrollment in a particular class, inclement weather, or an emergency cancellation. The Park District will make every effort to communicate any changes to the schedules with enrolled Flex Pass participants. Refunds are not available for Fitness Flex Pass sessions due to the circumstances stated above.

Conney Storey:
Connie is a certified Zumba instructor a NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) group instructor.

Dr. MaryBeth Henning: MaryBeth has 3 types of AFFA certifications and 2 BOSU certifications. Mary Lesniwski: ACE group fitness/certified and is a teacher/personal trainer at the YMCA.

Liz McKee: Liz has a Group Fitness Instructor Course Certification through NIU and is NETA certified.
