Using age-appropriate games and drills, our new volleyball programs develop fundamental skills in a positive and fun learning environment with a focus on technique, skills and rules of the game. Players are introduced to the basics and progress to more advanced skills.
Little Kickers introduces young children to the game of soccer. Certified coaches design and direct drills to develop dribbling, passing, and shooting skills. No position, no field play, no keeping score, just lots of fun.

Move your game indoors! Mighty Mites Soccer is designed to provide both soccer skill training and small sided game experience. Each meeting is divided into 15 minutes of soccer fundamentals & skills followed by a soccer game consisting of two 12 minute halves. Instruction and coaching is lead by experienced soccer staff. Players are required to wear shin guards, and safety glasses (if needed). Registration includes a program t-shirt!

Please Note: Teams must register with team fee and completed roster. Players must prove residency to receive resident rates. Additional player fees must be submitted in-person, mailed or paid via credit card over the phone one week prior to 1st game.
This instructional, recreational league includes practice times as well as game play. Volunteers are needed to coach in all the boys and girls leagues. Games and practices are held at Sports and Recreation.

Designed to introduce and teach the basic lacrosse stick skills of throwing, catching, dodging, scooping, and shooting to young players in a fun and engaging way through activities and games. No pads, kids use sticks and soft indoor lacrosse balls.

Designed for beginners to advanced level high school aged students. Drills in the fundamentals of lacrosse such as
throwing, catching, dodging, scooping, and shooting along with game scrimmages will be included in each session.
