Private Pickleball Lessons

(Ages 16+)

Schedule either a private or semi-private lesson with Brad Benson, our certified pickleball instructor through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). Pickleball Leagues

(Ages 18+)

Round robin 6-week formatted leagues with up to 16-players per league. Allocated 90 minutes to play 6 games, each with a different and against a different pair of opponents. Subs are emailed as a group on an as needed basis.

Thursday Night Pickleball Challenge

(Ages 16+) 

Pickleball is a recreation sensation sweeping the nation! Think badminton, tennis, and ping pong all wrapped up into one awesome game that is great fun, and terrific exercise. From beginners to advanced, players come join this action-packed game. Limited beginner level paddles and balls provided.

Indoor Soccer Team Fee & Registration Process

1. Pay Initial Team Fee (must be paid in full)  

• $700 initial team fee includes 10 resident players ($800 ALL non-resident team).
• The $700 R/ $800 NR team fee can be paid online, over the phone, via mail, or in-person.
• Teams paying $700 will owe $10 per non-resident rostered player of the original 10 players.

2. Submit Completed Team Roster Minimum of 10 players (incomplete team rosters will not be accepted) to jmyles@dekalbparkdistrict.com 

• In-person or mailed to the Sports & Recreation Center, 1765 S. 4th Street, DeKalb, IL 60115

3. Pay Additional Player Fees and Non-Resident Fees due one week prior to the first games

• Additional Player Fees (above 10 players) - $40 R/$50 NR per player
• Non-resident fees (if owed from initial 10 player roster) - $10 per player

Please Note: Teams must register with team fee and completed roster. Players must prove residency to receive resident rates.

Adult League Roster    

Teen/Adult S.A.M.A. Karate of DeKalb

(Ages 14+)

Learn discipline, focus, self-confidence, coordination, fitness, self-defense, and more through the study of karate. Classes are taught by Sensei Shannon Marbutt and his assistants. Belt, tests, uniforms, and other equipment are available at reasonable fees payable to the instructor. Voted "The Best" Martial Arts programs in DeKalb County's Finest, as part of the 2022 Daily Chronicle Reader's Choice Awards.
